Security pillars
Encryption in transit & at rest
All traffic to EQIQO is encrypted with TLS. Stored data is encrypted at rest using industry-standard algorithms.
No brokerage or trading access
EQIQO is a research layer only. We never request brokerage credentials and have no ability to place trades on your behalf.
Minimal data retention
We keep only what's needed to run your account and improve the product, and let you delete your conversation history at any time.
Access controls
Internal access to production systems is role-restricted and logged. Engineers don't get standing access to customer data by default.
Privacy by default
We don't sell conversation data to third parties, and we don't use your queries to trade or advise other customers.
