We don't sell your personal data to third parties. We don't request or store brokerage credentials, since EQIQO never needs trading access to any account.

We share data with service providers who help us operate EQIQO (e.g., hosting, analytics, billing), each bound by confidentiality obligations, and only as needed to provide the Service.
5. Data retention
We retain account and conversation data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your conversation history or your full account at any time from settings or by emailing privacy@eqiqo.com.
6. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us to exercise these rights.
