1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using EQIQO ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
2. What EQIQO is — and isn't
EQIQO provides AI-generated research and analysis about publicly traded stocks, ETFs, mutual funds, and commodities. EQIQO is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner, and nothing in the Service constitutes personalized investment, legal, or tax advice. The Service does not have access to, and cannot execute trades on, any brokerage or investment account.
3. Accounts
You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
4. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled beforehand. You can cancel anytime from account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to reverse-engineer the underlying models, scrape the Service at scale, or use outputs to build a competing product without authorization.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is." Market data and analysis shown may be delayed, incomplete, or in this preview environment, illustrative rather than live. EQIQO makes no warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of any output.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EQIQO will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including financial losses, arising from your use of the Service or reliance on its outputs.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email before they take effect.
